The 60th Academy of Country Music Awards nominations have dropped, and it's a wild ride. Ella Langley, a fresh face on the scene, is making waves with a staggering eight nominations, including Female Artist of the Year. She’s definitely one to watch, especially with her hit "You Look Like You Love Me" featuring Riley Green.
Cody Johnson and Morgan Wallen are neck-and-neck, each snagging seven nominations, including coveted nods for Entertainer of the Year. Johnson’s “Dirt Cheap” is a strong contender across multiple categories, proving his staying power.
Speaking of staying power, Lainey Wilson also boasts six nominations, proving she's a force to be reckoned with. Her nod for Artist-Songwriter of the Year is a testament to her creative prowess.
The Entertainer of the Year category is stacked, featuring familiar names like Luke Combs and Chris Stapleton, but also like Kelsea Ballerini and Jelly Roll. As Johnson put it, his nomination for "Dirt Cheap" is a testament to songs that "mean something."
