Flatland Cavalry, from Lubbock, Texas, blends country and Americana. Led by Cleto Cordero (vocals), the band includes Jason Albers, Jonathan Saenz, Reid Dillon, Wesley Hall, and Adam Gallegos. Their albums, like "Humble Folks" and "Wandering Star," gained acclaim. They've toured extensively, and notably, their song “A Life Where We Work Out” has achieved RIAA Gold certification. They have also gained a ACM Award nomination for group of the year.
